Bitubo rear shock for Buell 1125 models
For the year 2008 BITUBO has completely redesigned the FXF Mono Racing shock absorder, and iot is now finished in a new aggressive Anthracite anodized coating.
Manufactured from a single block with a 5-axis CNC machine and with a rod diameter of 20mm, the new FXF uses the same technology developed by the Italian race team technicians operating in the World SBK Championship. These shocks have been used throughout 2008 on the Free Spirits racing Buell 1125R in the Italian Supertwins championship and also the Macadam Moto Buell 1125R racing in the French Pro-Twins series. New pistons and valves inside ensure even better control over the hydraulics; the rebound adjustment is now supplied with a new operating screw, improving better calibration on braking.
The FXF 11 offers double hydraulic compression adjusters for high and low speed compressions and a ride height adjuster.
Development of this shock absorber focused on obtaining the best possible reply to high frequency oscillations, to remove the onset of chattering.
